Sensi at Bellagio

Sensi is a new restaurant that opened with the new Spa Tower at Bellagio. It offers a unique dining experience where the kitchens (there are multiple) are surrounded by the restaurant with glass walls separating the cooks from the diners. The food is outstanding! Try the Indian Chicken Tikkha Masala and the goat cheese salad. Another unusual thing is that the bread course is served with butter and with a dollop of ricotta cheese.

We highly recommend Sensi. The diverse menu, views of the kitchen, excellent food, and wonderful service make for a great Las Vegas dining experience.

The wine list is quite impressive--even by Las Vegas restaurant standards. It focuses on the differences found in different growing regions. Each wine on the list mentions the latitude and longitude coordinates of the vineyard. They have a good selection of wines by the glass also.
